The management team led by Subu Giwa-Amu consists of seasoned, young, dynamic and determined professionals with track records.

	Subu Giwa-Amu Managing Director/CEO   Mrs. Subu Giwa-Amu, a seasoned banker with over two decades of diversified banking experience, graduated from University of Warwick, Coventry, UK with a Law degree, LL.B Hons (Second Class Upper) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, Coventry, United Kingdom.   Her banking career which cuts across all areas of banking, this includes Treasury & Financial institutions, Branch Management, Consumer Banking, Private Banking and Asset Management, Service Quality Management and Business Development started at International Merchant Bank in 1987, from where she joined Eco Bank Nigeria Plc in 1989 as an Assistant Manager in the Treasury department and rose to the post of an Assistant General Manager.   She joined First Bank of Nigeria Plc in 2001 as Head, Private Banking and Asset Management, responsible for the development and management of the private banking target market portfolio. Following this she has held various management positions including Group Head, Commercial Banking Group Ikeja and Head, Service Quality Management.   Before her appointment as the Managing Director/CEO of FBN Mortgages Limited in January 2010, Mrs. Subu Giwa-Amu was a Deputy General Manager (DGM) and a Business Development Manager for various regions in the Lagos metropolis (Lagos Mainland, Victoria Island/Ikoyi and Ikeja) with overall responsibility of providing strategic direction and driving the corporate, commercial and retail functions in the  branches in these areas.   She has attended various professional and executive development programs within and outside Nigeria including, Building and Sustaining Competitive Advantage Harvard Business School, Strategic Marketing Management, Wharton Business School, Advanced Management Program INSEAD France, Citibank Treasury simulation Course “Bourse Game”
	Adebayo Boye Head, Mortgage Operations Bayo is the Head of Mortgage Operations. He holds a B. Sc. Degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987. He trained and worked with Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co. for seven years and left as an Assistant Manager. He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. While at Peat Marwick, he was responsible for the establishment and profitable running of Yola Branch of the firm for three years. Thereafter, he worked briefly for First Finance & Trust Limited as its Head, Finance, IT and Treasury Operations, before crossing to Oasis Savings & Loans Ltd as Head of Finance, IT and Admin and later the General Manager. He joined FBN Mortgage Bank Limited from Oasis in June 2003.
	Bolanle Onotu Head, Risk Management Bola, the Head of Risk Management, is a graduate of The Polytechnic Ibadan. She holds a Higher National Diploma in banking and finance, also an MBA Certificate from University of Calabar. She has a working experience spanning over 19 years out of which 14 years were in the banking industry. She started her banking career with Nal Bank Plc, Kano, in 1989 and left for private business in 1992 to manage a family textile business until 1998. In 1998 she decided to go back to her childhood cherished profession “The Banking Industry” by joining African International Bank Ltd as an Assistant Manager and was later promoted to Deputy Manager in January 2000. She joined the service of FBN Mortgages Ltd in September 2003 as a pioneer staff. Mrs. Onotu is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Cost Management and Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered). She has attended many courses and seminars among which are Non- performing assets, Risk Management &Debt Recovery Strategies for Banks; Anti-money laundering & financial fraud to mention a few. She is married and blessed with children.
